         i want to live in a world where i can go outside without a gas mask. i want to live in a world where i can love who i want and where my siblings of color are safe. gay marriage has only been legal for five years. will it last another five? will you let it? my best friends have to worry about their parents being shot dead on the street. where are you to stop it? my friends wouldn’t have existed without immigration. why do you want to kill it? the forests are burning and our fellow humans are dying? what are you doing to help them? next election year, will i still be voting against you? people are slipping through the cracks below the poverty line because minimum wage is too little. have you ever done something to prove you care? women are being raped, assaulted, and abused. what have you done to help them?

          i am a trans gay asexual boy whose mother is an immigrant and whos grandma was born under Japan’s control in WWII. I have autism and ADHD. I use neopronouns and have xenogenders. I am asian. I am assigned female at birth. I want you to see me and hate me.

hear my voice. see my face. i am a first generation american. i am a queer, half asian female. you seek to destroy my future. you seek to destroy my happiness. if your presidency continues, who knows. gay marriage has only been legal for 5 years. when im grown up, will i still be allowed to marry my girlfriend? if someone rapes me and i get pregnant, will i, at 14, have to have that baby? in what possible world does a minor have to have a baby that she doesnt want. will my black latina best friend be beaten to death in the street? 

you are a racist. you do not care about my best friend. you’d watch her die without blinking an eye. you are a homophobe. you’d have my right to marry whomever i love taken away before i could feel it. you are a sexist. you dont care about the babies in womens’ wombs. you care about controlling us. we see through you. I see through you. we will NOT let you get away with this. we will take to the streets. 

we will be heard. your lies will be uncovered. i will not rest until my rights are secure. 

i will not be forgotten,

         i want to live in a world where i wont fear that my immigrant parents will get deported. i dont want to have to worry that my black father will be shot and killed by a racist white cop. dear trump, as an afro-latino woman first generation american... i just want to be alive.

         i am a biromantic homosexual female who believes in planned parenthood. i am the daughter of a chinese woman and an eastern european man. both sides of my family immigrated from their countries hoping to find the american dream. i am a young woman who believes that my body does not define my worth. that my brain is worth more than my breasts. that politics can still be redeemed, and that i can still make change.

      i am tired. of your threatening everything about me, and everything about my friends. i am tired of you supporting the groups and society that make me feel the opposite of safe.
