I read through all of L Change The World in like 4 hours and we are living in a world where Kimiko Kujo, the antagonist of a non cannon spin off movie turned book, is the best written women in Death Note.

If only...
It was minutes until midnight, and almost every child on Wammy’s House was already asleep. Almost.
It wasn’t a new thing for the second child to stay awake until late, wandering around the orphanage. But that night, there was something in particular that kept him uneasy.
-Long night, succesor?- A female voice called him from upstairs. It was K.
-Shouldn’t you be asleep?
-Haha, you’re funny. What’s with that face?
B wouldn’t tell her. They didn’t know eachother so much as for speaking about…
-It’s A, isn’t it?
B looked at her with his eyes wide open.
-How…?
-Oh, you’re so easy to read, B. It’s obvious. A is smart, but he’s… Soft. He can’t handle the possition he was assinged. It’s just a matter of time until…
-Don’t dare to say it!
K smiled. She didn’t know A was about to die, she didn’t have the eyes as B had. She couldn’t know further her suspicion… But B’s reaction told her everything. Something would happen to A, and B knew it.
She started walking down the stairs, without keeping her eyes apart from B’s.
-What I don’t understand… Is why that makes you so upset… He’s your rival, once he’s gone, you will be the first one on the line to succeed L.
-You don’t know anything about me and A.
-Oh? Then you like him.
B didn’t know how to react, and K noticed it.
-I know, I know… It’s so unfair when we can’t protect those we love… If only… If only we could control death…

K: at least people know how you look by looking at L! I have only a brief description!
