Death's Son
Death took his last breath and hid it In a place nobody would find. Nobody found it. He drew in the breath And became Somebody. Death died.
Forgot to put this out!
This is one of my Oc’s, Death’s kid. He’s a pretty chill dude to hang out with!
Please Reblog if you can!
WIP of my OC Death’s son.
This is mainly to hit two bird’s with one stone. I wanted to be able to draw in an enviornment along with giving it for a class grade so... here he is. I’ll post the finished soon! Going to have to draw a ref sheet of him sooner or later...
Have you seen Loki from MCU? Would it be possible to see a crossover with Harry Potter? Loki and Harry ship!
Loki is in the middle of his speech when the man stands up, walking by the shaking hostages with the calm and ease of someone who is dangerous.
A heavy aura rests around him, although he knows the Midgardians can not sense it. They watch him walk by with petrified horror, probably assuming they will die.
His seidr is practically screaming as the Midgardian gets closer, his bright green eyes unwavering under the strange rune scar. He thinks it resembles the lighting symbol for protection or even strength but it's hard to tell very well as his hair covers most of it.
The Midgardian pulls out a wand from his pocket and the ease in which he aims it at Loki is a threat.
At the back of his mind, Loki knows he should take the threat seriously but it's overrun by the blue haze that screams for blood, for vengeance, for chaos and he raises his staff with a scoff.
"Foolish little mortal. You dare-" He starts only to be blasted with a spell throwing him back a step. Loki quickly starts overpowering up an attack, his voice turning angry. "-you dare- agh!"
Only to be cut off by a blast of blue that throws his own cape over his head. "You dare to- ow!"
This time a hex slaps him in the stomach, twisting his insides unpleasantly. He removes his cape, raising his staff at the amused-looking man. "You would dare- Quit it!"
Annoyed now by the juvenile seidr casting- a tickling hex really?- Loki fires out a spell meant to kill the mortal where he stood only to have his spell blocked and overrun by the seidr of the stranger.
Loki's eyes widen in horror as the red of the Midgardian runs up his own spell, onto the staff, and over his arm all the way to his mind. The magic wraps around the mind control that has been placed on him by the Titian and shatters it.
Loki's thoughts clear instantly, dropping the staff like it's burning him and throwing himself away from-from the Master of Death a being even Odin feared to cross.
Why was the Master of Death- often referred to as Death's son- doing on Midgard of all places!?
"Are you free?" Master of Death asks softly. His voice carries in the silence of the room "I see your eyes have changed color but I want to make sure."
Loki's throat spams but years of his prince training kick in and he managed to check out. "I, Prince Loki Odinson, thank you. I am no longer under his control."
"Good. You going to hurt these people?" The Master gestures to the midgardians and Loki shakes his head. He knows better to even attempt it because the Master will end him before he even finishes the thought.
He's still furious at his so-called family, still has a lot of things he can not overcome but the anger is faded now, overshadowed by the realization he has been taken as a plaything for the Mad titian and isn't sure what he has left anymore.
Thor was still out there somewhere on this planet, no doubt ready to attack him once he learned Loki was here as well. Even if Thanos did not find him on this unimportant rock, Asgard would. He had nowhere.
No one.
Loki may as well be a walking corpse.
The Master smiles unaware of Loki's thoughts. "Brilliant. Now that you are no longer puppet care to tell me how you got mind-controlled in the first place? Over a cup of hot tea?"
A cup of hot tea....on Asgard is a phrase a warrior would ask another warrior he was interested in courting. Maybe things were done differently on Midgard but never let it be said Loki missed an opportunity when it presented itself.
Who better to protect him from death on either side than its own son?
Loki stood up, offering a carefully crafted smile that is both grateful and adoring, careful to make it just the right amount of coy which can be hidden behind the first two emotions. "I would be honored to share a cup with you, Master of Death."
The Master smiled sweetly, looking like a being that lure in victims with bright color beauty only to kill them with deadly poison. Loki shivered. "Call me Harry."
