Where: probably first place you kissed/said ‘I love you’/or some other place of close sentimentality. The place has to already represent something very precious to both of you, and he wants to make it even more special by proposing there.

Header Issue
So, I'm having a little problem. I'm trying to change my header to an adorable gif of Bryan and Amelia at their wedding and after I save it, the gif plays but once I back away or close the app or something and go back to my profile, the gif/header freezes. So, I was wondering if it's doing that to you guys too or not?
