Omg ok so... I've been obsessed over Death Parade now since the end of last year and jeez let me tell you abt how many times I've rewatched it already... NAH jk but it's many times lol.

I am obsessed with Decim and Chiyuki bc they are OTP and I just wish they could have been togheter 😔 I SHIP IT SOOOO HARD YOU GUYS!

So here is a little something I made today to ease my shipping needs 💘

It is a headcanon of mine that they are married and has a kid. (Also note that I have edited their design a little!)

Chiyuki: What do you normally do when I'm gone?

Decim: Wait for you to get back.

I had an idea of a fic for death parade a long time ago. It was mean to be in the future of afterlife.

Decim became a manager and had his own tower to manage. Nona managed to introduce the system of arbiters and assistant, imitating her experience with Decim and Chiyuki.

It was still fragile and only Decim's tower had this system but if Nona prove to Oculus that it make the judgement better without hurting the arbiters to the point of no return it could possibly be totally implemented.

In the story Decim was visited by a young arbiter who didn't understand why his tower was like that. Why arbiters from other tower didn't have to have an annoying assistant to help for their judgement. Why the opinion of a human was necessary while to them, it's obvious that a non human should judge humans.

The thing is that while Oculus was feared to be a villain he actually care about the arbiters MORE than he care about humans. It's why you get case where arbiters does obvious mistake but are not punished for it. It's also why he told Nona that she broke Decim by letting him get close to Chiyuki.

In this fic Decim's love for humans and Nona's research to make arbiters more than dolls bring this new tower. And Chiyuki's memory is immortalized under the form of a statue.

To get back to the young arbiter who don't understand Decim, it show us how De I'm grew. Decim is known for being a warm person who's smile reassure the arbiters he have the charge of.

After a long discussion, the young arbiter still doesn't understand Decim. But he decide to try to. To think about their exchange and try to decipher why Decim think the way he does. What Chiyuki could mean to him.

Chiyuki mean "to know wisdom" and "happiness".

I really think Decim's and Chiyuki's relationship can be the start of a revolution in the afterlife.

Make Decim smile. Make Oculus stop to be overprotective of arbiters.

Because change is part of life, even if arbiters aren't supposed to know it.

But how could they judge people's live if they don't know anything about it? And what better than someone else to help in this case?

Sugary - What traits do you value most in friends?

Hmm… Someone who’s understanding and positive is usually an important thing, in my opinion. I tend to withdraw into my shell when I get too stressed so it’s nice when I don’t have to worry about friends getting upset that I haven’t talked to them in a couple days. Also, compatibility in meme taste LOL

Ladybug - What’s your favorite artist to listen to when you’re sad?

Definitely Lauren Aquilina!! Her more recent stuff is more poppy and upbeat (which I love!), but a lot of her older stuff is great for when you just want to be sad lmaoSometimes I’ll also just listen to generic ballads, especially by artists like IU and Taeyeon c:

Drizzle - Do you believe in aliens?

I don’t know if I believe in aliens specifically, like whatever the media decides aliens look like… But I’d like to believe we’re not the only beings in the universe! There’s gotta be someone else out there, and I guess that would count as aliens?

Buttons - Are you religious or spiritual?

To be honest I’m still trying to figure this out, but I feel like I’m more spiritual than religious? I don’t particularly worship any specific figures, but I definitely believe that there’s something more than what we see ^^ I’m rather fond of the idea of an afterlife, too. 

Daylight - Favorite album of all time? 

Aaaaaah this is the hardest question of the bunch!! I love so many ;A; Plus I’ve only recently started listening to full albums vs promoted singles, so I’m sure there’s tons out there I’ll love and just haven’t discovered yet. I’m gonna cheat and name a few since I can’t pick just one ‘v’;

The ones that immediately come to mind are Dreamcatcher’s latest album The End of Nightmare ofc (it’s so good), even though it’s still pretty recent, and BTS’ WINGS! That’s one of the few albums I’ve listened to beginning to end more than a few times, aha. That and Sunmi’s Warning, which is also absolutely great.In terms of non-kpop, I still love Carrie Underwood’s Some Hearts album! I should try to find my copy, I should still have it somewhere….
