A great figure in “ indie rock” born today is Joseph Donald Mascis Jr. (born December 10, 1965) he is a singer-songwriter he is also a musician and best known as the lead singer of the band Dinosaur Jr. He has released a number of solo albums and has worked with a number of great artists including, Thurston Moore. Mascis a fantastic musician and will continue to put out great music for a long time.
