As the evening slips into night time, I would like to take a few moments to address a few things wrong with the work conditions people are forced to deal with in order to work & how it affects your family and personal life. Sadly employers forget that they need their employees as much as their employees need the jobs they the employer provides. Gone are set schedules, set hours or consideration of one's life outside of work, which is leading to family structure breaking down & becoming obsolete within the states though I imagine that the problem is world wide spread. I used to be a boss & made schedules out, and by golly I did my best to keep my staff on as much of the same schedule as possible changing it only to accommodate vacations or someone calling in sick. I found doing so made for a happier staff because they could plan their lives & not wait week to week wondering what their schedule was going to be. Sadly the latter leads to breakdowns within the family unit on various levels, from husband & wives growing apart due to never having time together eventually divorcing in some cases, or in other caseses, latch key kids fall into bad habits or find the wrong crowd to hang with because their parents are to busy working ever changing schedules to see what is happening with them. Bosses, mangers & business owners everywhere, please consider how happy employees become loyal hard working employees. People who take care of one another usually achieve great things together, lets' not forget that.
