I just got to the part of our source for the first time where you asked me to marry you, in your own roundabout way. Human traditions are so strange, but it made my heart soar. I may be part minbari part human, but I’m all yours. We may only have twenty more years together, but I will treasure every second of those twenty years. If I am to lose you, I will hold you for every second until then.

I don’t know how things ended in my timeline. Whether we could fix what happened, or if we lived our lives on borrowed time. If we ever met our son and saw him be the man we wanted him to be. I don’t know any of that. I do know that I love you and I never thought I would experience that kind of love.

John, try to follow your own advice. Stay positive in this life, if you’re even here. Your life is your own, and you can always find a positive outlook. A wise man once told me that if you are falling off a mountain, you may as well try to fly, because you have nothing left to lose. I hope that you will fly back to me.
