Hey! Was lurking through the DFO tag just now and saw your post about the Karma Koin/Cera issue. If you don't mind me asking, which country do you live in? Or rather, do you know the currency exchange rate in relation to the U.S. dollar? Cause Nexon recently adjusted prices on Karma Koin for Canada and Australia (and maybe a few other countries, I forget) because I think their currencies weakened a bit. So I think that might be the issue? o:

i live in ireland! my friend who lives in finland has the same issue. i posted something on the dfo facebook and a few others said they had the same issue. some actually got replies from neople but they were only vaguely hopeful. i have no idea about people OUTSIDE europe and whether or not they also have this, but a 23% tax on an mmo????? i’ve NEVER had to pay that for ANYTHING online. it’s really sad and i hope neople can fix it. 

also, the issue isn’t with karma koin. i pay 25 dollars to get a 25 dollar karma koin. it’s only on the dfo site, where you put in the kk code to make it into cera that the tax applies. so i think it’s an issue with neople because of that? the tax also has to be paid through paypal, and i’ve never had to pay a tax like that through paypal ever. 

maybe this info will help? i’m really grateful for your reply either way!
