"MY FIRST EVER BRUSH LETTERING WORKSHOP" (Long caption alert) So a few days back @tanyabakshii pushed me to take a brush lettering workshop for kids at @udyamtrust I was apprehensive about it but Tanya motivated me to go for it. I am so thankful to her for making me do this because this was one experience I'll cherish all my life. Teaching kids is a different experience all together. You can't expect them to understand whatever complicated technical language we use when we learn the basics of brush lettering but you can just make it easier and try to make them understand. So it was a 2 day workshop so that the children could learn better. I was so happy seeing the will and enthusiasm in these kids to learn something new. They made these thankyou cards for me which was the best ever thing I've ever received 😊😊 Then there was another batch of kids, younger (7-9 years I guess ) you can call them big bombs in small packets. When it's 48°C in Delhi and there are no fans and no roof, these kids came just to learn something new. To my surprise, 3-4 kids amongst them did really well, they were quick learners and the rest of them gave their best shots and I am sure if they'll practice more they'll get a hang of it.
