Proof I Choose The Wrong Men
Fictional men I would get with in a heartbeat .. and why I probably shouldn't.
Dr. Greg House (House, MD)
Vicodin addiction, anger problems, no respect for the Hippocratic Oath or the law and a "I don't give a fuck what you say" attitude. All the makings for a poor relationship. But he is sexy as shit. Sign me up. I can deal with all the other shit.
Al Capone (well, the one from Boardwalk Empire)
So, he's a major player in the bootlegging industry. He has a volatile and violent personality. Yea, he's killed his fare share of people. He's also always in a brothel. However, I can't resist a man on a power trip. It's delicious.
Jay Gatsby (The Great Gatsby)
Sort of delusional. Also a little bit creepy. Staring at Daisy from across the water all that time? Sounds like a stalker. He has the potential to be the inspiration for a fine Lifetime movie. On the other hand, he throws lavish parties, even if they are some kind of attempt to make up for all the shit he lacks inside. But, they're LAVISH parties. A girl can't say no to something so exquisite. All men are messed up, but not all men throw fancy soirees in order to get your attention. I'd fall for that shit fast.
Oh hello there GIANT COMMITMENT-PHOBE. Nothing worse than a dude with serious commitment issues. He never gives a title to your relationship. You're going to have to fight to get him to let you get a drawer at his place. He needs to be in control. Oh wait, that's a plus. Oh, he's also rich. No one comes to get me in a limo. So we don't have an official title, I'll be cruising the Upper East Side in a limo and you're on the subway.
Dallas Winston (The Outsiders)
He was pretty much the most bad ass Greaser out there. Not only did he cause trouble, he knew how to get out of it. He's a low down dirty sneak. No good thug. Has a real attitude problem and no respect for authority or anyone who stands in his way. But he did help save those kids from the burning church. I think I owe him a thank you.
Detective Elliot Stabler (Law and Order, SVU)
A little quick to fly off the handle. His interrogation methods usually land him in some trouble. He breaks the rules, a lot. He's overly dedicated to his work, and it sucks BIG TIME to date a workaholic. However, have you ever seen him interrogate someone? I'd give anything in MY LIFE to be the criminal on the other side of that table. He's rough, inside and out... and that's HOT.
