Today when I went to my friends house when she opened the door her dogs greeted me too and I literally went “pups!” bent down and started patting them and a solid 2 minutes went by before I said hello to my friend and I hadn’t seen her in months.

It’s that time of year again

It’s my fave’s birthday! Everyone should go wish @deltaqoodrem a happy birthday.

J every year our friendship has been different. 2014; States apart, realising the whole friendship soul and stardust thing. 2015; Living together and creating a home that was like a little nest of warmth and support despite the dodgeness with police being outside every few months. 2016; Living across the world from each other (This is what most tumblr buds deal with ALL the time, wow) and still finding a way to love and support each other while giving each other space to grow. 

I feel like we’ve been through so much in the two and a half years we’ve known each other and it’s amazing to see how no matter what happens, our friendship has never faltered. 

You are truly the most special and most incredible human I’ve ever met and the world is so so lucky to have you. You are a joy to everyone around you and people are attracted to your warmth, kindness, intelligence, wisdom and complete open mindness.

I know it’s hard to see sometimes because you are with yourself everyday, but you have changed so much from the person I met in 2014 and I could not be any prouder of you. You have grown in confidence and wisdom and you’re so beautifully introspective these days. 

You have grown so so much this year and that’s just from what I’ve witnessed not even being around you. I’m so excited for our Canada trip and ready to witness the older, wiser, grandma Jacqui. 

You are the most beautiful soul I have ever met and I miss our sanctuary/1 Eddy St all the time. But I have zero doubt in my mind that we’ll live together again. Our stories are intertwined so we’re bound to share some chapters. 

Also laughing so hard cause I just realised we have spent every birthday since we’ve known each other, away from each other.

Happy birthday J, I hope you have the best damn day and I’m gonna try real hard to be there for your next bday, lol.

I love you forever and I’m so grateful to have you in my life. I can’t wait to reuinite with you and chat about the universe and personal growth and catch up on everything we’ve missed.
