people keep bringing up stuff i did in the past and dragging me on a website and i honestly can't deal with it anymore. i'm so depressed all i want to do is sleep and hopefully never wake up.
Dont say that. We all have things that we have done in the past that arent that wonderful, but it’s a part of you. You can sleep, but you have to get up and keep on living. Dont worry about what others think about you. If they want to bring up the past and be stuck on that then that’s their problem.
Usually I manage pretty well. Really well actually but The last couple months I’ve been having a really rough time. I was away at college until a month ago and I just saw my therapist for the first time in like 9 months. I found it hard to say how I was really doing or how hard it’s been recently. I don’t know what to do. We’ve moved on from talking about mood stuff and I guess she wants to spend the summer focusing on fixing things with my father. Which is important. But I’m just so lost.
Even though you guys have seemed to move on from the mood stuff, it’s still important to talk to them about it. Push through it, I believe in you. I know it’s hard, but in the long run it will help you.
