i honestly wasn’t sure i’d watch all of it because i tend to really dislike moe stuff but the story was interesting enough that i was more concerned with finishing it then disliking the style hahaha

Like!! I stayed completely blind for my entire playthroygh of botw (like I made sure not to get spoiled by leaks) and when I got to the end it was like “oh..” It didn’t help that every boss before him was basically the same thing? So you get to the end boss and it feels like the same fight you did in every other dungeon?? There was no weight to it. There was no feeling of “holy shit, THATS GANON!!” Like you get in other games. Like if someone showed me a picture of Ganon from botw without me ½

yes, thats the biggest complaint i have about botw. i liked that the blight ganon fights all had different ways you had to fight them even if the designs were the same, so i can forgive that. but i wish the battle you have with calamity ganon was better. and while i had fun in the ganon battle on the horse, he didn’t really attack you or move. the hardest part was just trying to get your horse to go the right way

God I was so disappointed when we didn’t get some form of backstory/motive to this Ganon? (Besides the fact there hasn’t been a new canon Ganondorf iteration since TP) Usually there’s SOME motive behind it all that really gives character to a villain? Just having an angry cloud was lackluster and boring as fuck.
