Man who abused pitbulls has misused food stamps.

Salutation to the viewer, I meant to share this post to Tumblr but I had to work in silence on another project.

Jarod Williams was the man I reported since 2018 uploading animal cruelty to Instagram. If you have not seen that blog post, please view those first to see what type of cruel man he is. On social media, he and his family members would ask their followers who is selling food stamps despite not being financially crippled to depend on government aid.

For users who are not aware of food stamps, this is a government program to help struggling seniors/households use SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) to buy food.

Here is a screenshot from Georgia's requirements for food stamps. Jarod and his siblings who asked for food stamps (Demonte Williams and Carolyn Hoard) are not poor. Before I exposed them on Tumblr and Twitter, they were boastfully flashing money on Instagram in their posts and IG stories.

These were all taken in 2020 – 2021, with nofiltermonte/Demonte’s screenshot being my last picture taken from their account. I tried warning people online of food stamps fraud being committed by these people, and here is proof with evidence in the pictures. Daquez Johnson (their brother) was heard in 2013 bragging about food stamps when these people lived in the neighborhood near. Here are screenshots of them flashing money.

These are a few examples of the evidence I have. Carolyn, Jarod and I am sure their brother Demonte have all sold weapons and drugs through their social media and has flash money on Instagram multiple times. They do not need food stamps when there are other people more deserving for the government aid. They and their friends flash money and weapons online (some are felons).

The Struggle of reporting animal abuse | Jarod Williams doing dog fights

Salutation to the viewer, I want to share my experience with trying to report animal cruelty on Instagram, not receiving immediate help and going to other platforms to bring awareness to a registered felon doing dog fights on social media.

To provide information for new viewers, Jarod Demon Williams is a relative of the neighbors who harassed, trespassed, made death threats, stalked and shot my residence in 2013 and 2015.

When Jarod was released from jail in 2014, he joined his relatives in harassing us and on May 17, 2014 my relatives contacted police for help when Jarod, his younger brother Demonte Williams and friends (some we identified as Daja Coffin and Morgan Theresa Heron) were playing outside at night, drinking and chasing each other with a taser while coming on to our property despite being told in 2013 to never trespass again. The group called my relatives snitches, Morgan saying to spit on our driveway to provoke us and constant profanity.

The police did not add this to our case report unfortunately. We have many cases involving Jarod's relatives like Carolyn Hoard, Daquez Johnson, Demonte Williams and some of their friends Steven Matthews or Aundre Brooks.

On Sunday of October 21, 2018 Jarod shared a video in his Instagram story asking his followers who does dog fights and who wants to fight his pitbull.

One week and two days later Jarod uploaded a video of his pitbull biting at the collar of another pitbull, laughing in the background of the animal yelping. Since there is no signs of blood and gore, I chose to share the video here.

Here, you can see Carolyn Hoard (Jarod’s sister) liking this video, confirming she knew of the incident and possibly was there when this video was recorded. Since Hoard and Williams follow each other and their other relatives on Instagram, I am certain they had to see the video considering the video was up for 3 years until I reported again this year.

Here is the evidence where he confessed his pitbull killed four dogs and the dog in the video above. Since Jarod changed his username constantly, I will share a screenshot with different usernames:

I tried reporting the video since the upload date and asking for help on animal rescue pages. Some people did help by reporting, but obviously the reporting did not help since his account is active to this day. Instagram did not also have an option to report animal abuse in 2018 as the site does now in 2021, which made the problem worse when a company is apathetic to users reporting violent content toward innocent animals.

I did ask the police for help, but both Peta and authorities responded that they will do what they can with what I shared, so I have to patiently wait for the animals to be helped. Animal cruelty is to be report immediately, but doing so discreetly was not working for me and the coward changed his username constantly (to possibly avoid being reported). Instagram’s incompetent staff allowed users to abuse the name change to where abusers changed their username with no delays.

Jarod continues to be on Instagram as of September 2021. Three years trying to bring attention to an individual who hurts pitbulls, but claims to love them. Please help by sharing this.

May 6, 1989 | 31 years.

Greetings to my journal, I currently do not have much information to type for this year’s post but I will share I am progressing and improving as a woman. I reiterate my lessons to ensure I do not abandon my lessons:

I pledge to adopt the philosophy of philology, amelioration and integrity.

Regardless of the obstacles I will encounter, I must work to be kind and calm. “Would I want an individual to treat me this way?” is what I remember before speaking from a emotional response.

The path of righteousness is for the strong to tread, and I am strong. Only the weak can not resist evil.

I am a solitudinarian and enjoy being alone. Being with myself is a wiser decision than to foolishly walk with bad company that is detrimental to my spiritual and mental growth.

Be attentive and observant, and only speak when the timing is right. The wicked are arrogant and often do not think of the consequences of their actions.

My phobia is a strength, not a clutch when I am forced to reside in a world filled with nefarious, lust driven savages. 

If I love myself, I will continue to strive to improve my mind and this body. We as people are not born to be weak, to be fools, to be followers. The mind is the core that must be protected and fortified to confront life’s obstacles.

Love education, the truth, the desire to improve each day, to be different than who I was the previous day. 

Be a selfless helper, with no interest to receive a reward for generosity and kindness. We only look down on people to help them to their feet (I must remember I can not help people as I dream of if I lack the resources to help myself.)

Continue to speak up against crime, what is evil and cruel, as we as individuals must be aggressive against what is unjust and wicked. If I was the victim, I will want a witness to help me. 

●  We are not aware of what the future will bring, but I only yearn for justice for the people wronged by the degenerates who attacked my residence, my relatives to seek out their careers, generational curses to be dismantled and destroyed and my goal for freedom. Eternal solitude and real freedom. There is no greater gift than to have control of your destiny.

Preview of new video, posting soon.

I have created a new preview for a video that I will share once the two projects are completed. I will record a video discussing the fourteen unsolved cases involving the tenants (e.g. Carolyn Hoard, her family and friends), how DeKalb East Precinct did not document all information that either me or my relatives have given to record to our cases and how we have yet to receive help from DeKalb County Police that resulted in these criminals harassing us and shooting our house have yet to be arrested.

I have questions for the visitor reading that you must think of:

Why did the Police Department not take our complaints seriously once these degenerates shot our house with a paint gun?

What is the reason the Police did not pursue an investigation if a residence is calling to report stalking, harassment and death threats from the same individuals?

Can you view law enforcement here in Georgia as competent if the Officers allowed harassment from neighbors and their friends to extend to fourteen cases?

What is the reason we have yet to reach the news considering this problem?

What is the reason these tenants and accomplices are not incarcerated?

A second preview of my video | July 17, 2018/Tuesday.

I greet the visitor that is on my page, this I display is a new preview that will be available in the final video: An incident that occurred on March 22, 2015, a Sunday afternoon. Carolyn Hoard, her brother Demonte Kenard Williams and their “adult” guest who has been identified was harassing and taunting my relatives who were outside, to the moment where my relative began to record out of precaution. 

What is provided in the video is the vehicle coming on the driveway and what Demonte said with the female who is supposed to be an adult, and not encouraging foolish comportment. The DeKalb Police was called twice this day, as me and my relatives both have videos of Demonte taunting my relatives. The Police did not ever come by, and that female in the 2013 Toyota Corolla was not stopped and questioned for their comportment.

If the reader has followed this Blog post and my videos, I have typed of this type of harassment being common from these uncivilised demons in human skin and that the DeKalb Police East Precinct has not to this day and year helped us receive justice against these criminals. I hope this second brief preview will be more evidence of the harassment that me and my relatives have endured for years against gang members who continue to reside in the Lakes of KilKenny subdivision. This area is not safe, so if you value your property value and your peace, please locate an amiable community that converses, has a Home Owner’s Association that is fair, and neighbors who reports crimes.

If Williams and many of his friends were all arrested for theft and burglaries more than once, then to individuals who have attentive eyes must be aware to be cautious of these people.
