Peach granita, Meyer lemon zest and fresh mint shortbread, bourbon caramel sauce- a dessert inspired by the upcoming Kentucky Derby. This dessert is a reminder that spring is here (is it?) and that summer is on its heels. I’m already chomping at the bit to make this again when I can put my hat on and sit in the garden without getting soaking wet.
