In many other pieces of media White Lily Cookie would have helplessly awaited rescue from the man who 'failed' to save her before, so he can redeem himself of his perceived failures. But since Crk actually views White Lily Cookie as a real person and not solely an object of growth and victory for the male characters, she'd already set out to save herself, for herself, before he even got there, and she made it to the end on her own. Of course, Pure Vanilla Cookie is still important to White Lily Cookie and to the story, but they are equals, and White Lily Cookie is given complex feelings, personal strength, and the ability to move the plot forward and make decisions of her own will. I am used to media disappointing me with its handling of female characters and Crk has yet to do that, and continues to treat their female characters as people and narrative forces rather than objects to move along the plot or male development. I know that's a low bar to cross, but a lot of media fails to cross it. I can tell exactly how this arc would have played out if this wasn't a game that respected women, and it's really important to me that it does.

How interesting it is that White Lily Cookie was able to figure out the traps in the road of trials that the witch creator of Tartrus designed. The witch heavily implied to be the one who became First Egg Cookie. The one who seems obsessed with Life Energy and the witches having control of it, and therefore of Cookies.

I find fascinating that the "calculating" mindset of a prideful villain set on control was understood by another calculating, prideful villain who also made a plan based on Life Energy and becoming a witch with control over Cookies.
