Imagine your last conversation with Derek before you were taken by the Alpha Pack
Summary; Derek and his fiance get into a big argument after the battle with Gerald Argent and Jackson. She was no condition to go after Erica and Boyd.
Author note: I am debating to do a rewrite of teen wolf for Derek Hale. The relationship of his character with his fiance throughout the show. (Only the seasons that he was in)
“You are no condition to go after them! They decided to leave! Let them go! They make their decision! (Y/N)!” Derek yelled to only get pushed back.
“I am still kicking. I can track them down and convince them to stay. We both know they are going to get themselves killed! You pushed them away when clearly they wanted some kind of reassuring from their alpha! They are still your responsibility. They are still your betas.” You glared at him with your eyes flashing in two different colored eyes, ruby red and ocean green.
“I can not stay quiet and stand in the sidelines knowing they are going to die out there. Derek. I didn’t step in between you and them like a good fiance. I try not getting into your pack members' business. I hope you would say something else to convince them to stay, but you didn’t.” You took deep breaths before adding.
" I am a leader, an alpha and lastly a mother. I can introduce them to different packs that I am allied with. I am even willing to offer to join mines if they are so against seeing you as their alpha. I see all of your betas as my own children, such as our own twin cubs.” You took hold of the strap of your backpack and twirling your body around to head out the door of the loft.
Derek lets out a heavy sigh and his nose flaring. He wants to say something but keeps his mouth shut.
“I should be back before dawn. The twins are at Jason’s house. I asked Scott to let Issac stay with him tonight.” You reached for the door to only closed again by him.
You looked up to glare at his face, notice his eyes held mixture of emotions behind them.
“And If you are not back by dawn.”
“I am coming back, Derek. However in the worst scenario, if I do not come back in the next 48 hours.” You looked back to the metal door.
If you were not to come back, you do not want to regret having your last words to him was an argument. You rather have them be the love you’s.
Regardless of the two of you fought, you still care and love his sour ass.
Derek opens the door to let you out, knowing he won't be able to change your mind.
“Be careful.” He murmurs underneath his breath and turns around to not watch you walk out of the loft.
He was never a man of many words, but you knew he still loves you and wishes for you to come back alive.
That was the last time he saw you with his leather jacket covered with his scent and hearing your combat boots steps.
