This Cave

A black venomous vortex opens Taking the young girl to a cave far far away Wet, damp, isolated, alone A clear wall rippling with sheen and shine Placed at the mouth of this cage Hiding her , Separating her Wanders pass by but never lay their eyes on the radiant girl Seeing right through her No one hears the screams piercing her lungs A dull dagger slowly collapsing the walls of her soul More and more never ceasing Violently throwing herself to the abyss below, hoping to end this existence Yet right before she’s out flying in the air, toward her death Invisible hands of sheen and shine repel her back to her doom Something has trapped her never to escape The sun sets as she drifts to sleeps Only to start in the morrow morning The moon and the sky know her souls These walls of torture and pain, soaked in centuries of victims see her sprit Her only companion to inhabit her demise Defeated, hollow she sits in the cave Never to leave only to be digested bit by bit To join centuries of victims in the walls I never wished her this pain Nevertheless I love her She was never alone; I was the walls that watched her slowly decay My eyes in the walls were her only companion
