Can you explain to me what descendants week will be?
I'm interested I think but also a bit confused.
Of course! Descendants week will run much like any other fandom related week event!
We will provide a bunch of prompts for our chosen week. Every day will have 2 to 3 prompts for creators to pick from. Mostly generalized prompts since this is for the Descendants franchise as a whole and not just one character or ship. So we want to be sure people can create for their favorite characters or ship without worry.
For example, say on day one the prompts are: family, lost and red. You as a creator can decide which of the 3 prompts for that day you will use for your chosen medium. You can say family is speaking to you and create something centered around the Hook family.
Or I can decide red had spoken to me and include that into my work.
And of course, you are also not limited to just picking one prompt, if you want to include family, lost and red into your work then you are more the welcome to!
All prompts are always open for interpretation. We’re just here to help inspire you with a word or two and for you to create something with that inspiration.
You then post and tag us with your creation and we’ll be reblogging them as we see them.
Though don’t worry if you’re posting your work for day one on day three. The days aren’t restricted, we know life gets in the way and we’ll be taking late submissions even after the weeks over. Just posting won’t start until the first day of the chosen week.
