I love going to shotgun practice. I enjoy feeling the warm sun on my face, the familiar weight of my gun in my hands, the kick of the gun on my shoulder, the invigorating scent of gunpowder and steel. I always feel more alive during practice. I can go into practice feeling exhausted, but as soon as I get on the platform and start hitting targets, the adrenaline that flows through my veins is like having a shot of caffeine straight into my bloodstream. It seems like time slows down when I’m on the platform to shoot, I tune everything out so all I can see is the clay pigeon flying in front of the trees. I pull the trigger after I breathe in, and when I pop open the gun, I catch the empty, smoking shells and toss them in the garbage can. The exhilaration I feel when my gun kicks back and I nail a target is intoxicating. Seeing the leaves flutter to the ground after I break the flying target is fun to watch, and watching the broken pieces fall to the growing pile of shattered orange clay targets.

Rules
1. Nothing nsfw. It’s not allowed, and most of my muses are teens. If you try it anyway you will be ignored and/or blocked.
2. Keep real world politics and religion out of it. Any mention will cause your ask/rp to be dropped/ignored. Similarly I’ll keep such things off my blog.
3. Cursing is fine, heck Marigold and Lemon both tend to curse quite a bit, but no real world slurs. Failure to comply will result in being blocked. If you’re not comfortable with swearing, let me know and I’ll make sure not to do it in my interactions with you. Starting December 17th 2019 I will also be tagging anything that involves cursing with the tag “swears”
4. I will rp with almost anyone as long as I know what the character is from, however if it’s an oc I will require whether a character bio or some other form of rundown of who the character is, if only so I know what I’m getting into and I’m not taken aback.
5. I retain the right to ignore/drop any and all rps and asks. I’ll try to be flexible but if it makes me uncomfortable or if you’re making me uncomfortable, I will drop it. If it’s something in the rp, I’ll try to explain it so it doesn’t happen again, but if you’re creeping me out, I’m probably just gonna block you.
6. I’m a college student. There will be times I will be unable to reply for possibly days at a time. I will do my best to alert people if this happens, but sometimes things just come up. If I haven’t responded for a while, you are welcome to send a (polite) ask or message asking about it. My memory is terrible and there is a good possibility I whether forgot to tell you something came up, or I just forgot I didn’t respond.
7. Muse does not equal mun. Just because my character says it, doesn’t mean I agree with it. Marigold is kind of a jerk to people she doesn’t know, and Nine and Peony are kinda bad guys.
8. No serious injury to my muse without prior approval. If you wanna do something involving a fight feel free to ask me about it, I try to be flexible. Same thing with controlling my muses, if you ask about it ahead of time I might allow it, hard no if you don’t ask.
9. While I do post ooc here, please keep all long ooc conversations to PM. I don’t want to clog up my blog. If I feel an exchange is growing too long I will request it be moved to PM.
10. While you are more than welcome to respond to asks and musings posts, please refrain from responding to any “moments of the muse” posts. Any reblogs will be ignored, and any replies will be deleted. You only get two warnings. The third offense will result in being blocked.
11. I’m fairly certain this is common knowledge (heck even I knew this when I first started, and I barely knew anything) but, don’t reblog or respond to RPs unless you are the person I’m RPing with. No tolerance. If you do it, I will block you.
12. While I am open to darker threads, I refuse to do threads involving yanderes. I don’t think this will come up, but I’m putting this here in case it does. The very concept makes me extremely uncomfortable, as does the seemingly rampant issue with them being romanticized.
13. If you want something tagged, feel free to ask. I will tag anything that ever comes up involving common triggers, but I don’t know all of them, and I don’t want to make anyone feel unwelcome.
I’m sorry if these rules seem a bit over the top, I try to be flexible but I have to take care of myself first.
Welcome!
New food blog from Melodux here! I'm a tad of a closet culinary buff, and as well as having a soft spot for good-looking food, I have taken to taking pictures of what I'm eating. Mostly at restaurants, unless I'm especially proud of how something I made turned out.
I primarily eat pasta, Japanese and junk food, and I like to drink. So a lot of the pictures I personally submit will be of those things, but I will work to expand. I also like to write, so whenever I fancy, I might write a description of the food along with a picture. I'll also share good recipes or cooking tips when I find them.
I will give as much credit as I can where it is called for while being mindful of privacy.
If you have something to submit to me, by all means! Please let me know if you want to be anonymous or not!
Appearance Challenge
It also adds to that presence that Yong Guk is covered in scars. His face is mostly free of them, the most notable being a long (and more recent-looking) scar that runs along the left side of his face. His arms and torso have more scars than the rest of him, new ones atop old. His back has the most out of any part of him; incidentally, he also has a tattoo on his left shoulder, one that reads "Do what you like and love what you do".
He had very few wolf features, comparatively to some of the weres, only fangs that he can easily keep hidden, and his eyes, which are a light shade of amber, ringed in gold and green. He is also largely colorblind, because of his eyes being wolf-like, but like a wolf, he has much better vision than a human as a result.
Though his hair is naturally black, Yong Guk keeps most of his hair dyed a light shade of purple, something that doesn't carry over to his wolf form (which is that of a black wolf). He usually keeps his hair pushed up into a messy, spiky sort of style. He's particularly lazy about his hair, though, dying it being the most involved thing he's willing to do with it.
As far as clothing goes, Yong Guk usually dresses lazily, as well. He has a propensity toward wife beaters to wear under button downs or sweatshirts, or occasionally a sweater, usually wearing them with jeans. He wears three pieces of jewelry: his fairy ring on his left ring finger, an apparently plain silver ring on his right ring finger, and a half-moon necklace. The necklace he typically keeps on a chain, but on the full moon, he'll switch the pendant onto an earring he wears in the cartilage of his ear, so it stays in his ear when he changes into his wolf form.
And that is Yong Guk.
