Throwback to where my Print-on-Demand (POD) journey officially started on TeePublic several months ago! 📈
This is a 300X% zoom of my very first uploaded T-shirt design file. It includes the mockup t-shirt and the raw design generated by an AI tool. If you look closely at the edges (the white and black jagged areas), you can see the tell-tale signs of an unrefined PNG: rough edges, pixelation, and hidden ghost pixel artifacts. These imperfections are exactly what lead to poor print quality, especially on apparel. At the time, I didn't have the deep knowledge required to properly prep a 300DPI file, leading to results that, frankly, weren't professional. But that failure was the best motivation!
