Köllen Eget és un espai de treball adaptat als nous hàbits de treball i a l'ús de les noves tecnologies. La interactivitat del producte permet reorganitzar l'espai i generar un ambient personalitzat, adaptant-se a cada usuari a través de la il·luminació, l'acústica i la presència de diferents elements mòbils.

La prestatgeria interactiva que han dissenyat, la Köllen Bookshelf, ha estat escollida entre més de 1.000 productes presentats per participar a la 3a edició del Milan Design Market que se celebra del 17 al 22 d’abril.

El grup Köllen, format per Oriol Campillo, Núria Jané, Adrià Soldado i Paula Terra, ha estat seleccionat per participar al Milan Design Market, un dels principals esdeveniments d’Isola Design District que es duu a terme amb motiu del Fuorisalone dins del marc de la fira internacional del moble.

Durant aquests dies, Milà acull joves dissenyadors i marques emergents, amb exposicions, instal·lacions, tallers i esdeveniments. Isola Design District es caracteritza pel seu esperit jove i pel seu fort caràcter experimental on es podran veure projectes innovadors de dissenyadors de tot el món.

El Milan Design Market tindrà lloc a l’Studio Photo Gianni Rizzotti, un loft de 400 m2 ubicat al pati de via Pastrengo 14.

Further to the growing success of the Marsotto Edizioni collections, which are collaborations with today’s major designers, the Italian marble specialist launched Marsotto Lab. This new platform will enable the work of young and promising designers as well as that of students from art and design schools to be produced. The family business entrusted ECAL/University of Art and Design Lausanne, and more specifically its Master of Advanced Studies in Design for Luxury and Craftsmanship students, with the Marsotto Lab’s first edition. The students were given the opportunity to highlight the material properties while working on table and wall clocks.

During their visit to the manufacture near Verona, the students discovered the impressive production plant, which has been recently optimised with the acquisition of new, cutting-edge equipment. With an experience in marble handed down from generation to generation, as a company, Marsotto excels at combining technology and artisans’ know-how to design ever more innovating and contemporary pieces.

Following their trip, the students were given the opportunity to develop their ideas with the Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, who wished to share his inspiration and his very forward-looking vision of design. This creative exchange resulted in the development of several clock projects with distinct shapes and production techniques.
