Send me an au and i’ll give you 5+ headcanons about it.

I. Ulquiorra is on the school's Student Disciplinary Committee.

II. Ulquiorra is one of the principal's several favored students, and he knows this. He will use his position on the committee to exercise control and authority over those who cross him.

You won't do as he tells you? Then don't be shocked when you later receive a detention slip for something that didn't happen, such as truancy or being caught going through another student's locker.

III. 98% of all of Grimmjow's detentions are recommended by Ulquiorra.

IV. In spite of their public rivalry, Ulquiorra is deeply intrigued by Grimmjow. Sending him to detention multiple times a month is his way of flirting.

V. Even once they're dating, Ulquiorra will continue to report and recommend in-school and after-school detentions for Grimmjow, even on the nights they have a date planned.

“That reminds me.” A nasty snicker. “How is he doing? Still dead?” He shakes an empty specimen jar. No need to tell Grimmjow it contains nothing but solvent. “Perhaps you’d like to play host to my bugs instead! They’re just aching to make friends with your fleas.”
