One thing that stands out to me in DC T****’s MG5 document is just how overly favourable he is to C*****A****. Firstly, [Text Deleted]. Secondly, [Text Deleted]. Thirdly, he talks about how the video I have shared on YouTube is a breach of my bail conditions (not to contact directly or indirectly C****A****).
In this video, I talk about how, even though C****A**** supposedly feels harassed by me, that has not prevented him from sending numerous friend and follow requests to my friends and I on social media.
The Magistrate at my Plea Hearing told me that, should C****A**** send me or my friends any more friend and follow requests on social media, I should call the police immediately This just confirms how it was C****A***’s actions that were wrongful (and not mine).
What DC T**** has stated in his MG5 document about this video being a breach of my bail conditions is, therefore, nothing but, excuse my language, bullshit.
