First of the gravity falls picture is the second episode of the new season, then its the summerween episode, then episode 5 the inconveniencing, followed by one of the shorts released during the hiatus, then the zombie is from the first episode of the new season, and the last is a picture from the very end of an episode (sorry i don't have episode numbers) oh and the attached pic is also summerween episode.
