Frisk's Immediate Family Drama
I had most of this info figured out already, but I'd formatted it with a bullet point list that would not have worked well with Tumblr's format. It took a bit to reformat into something legible, and I changed a few details, but here is most of the important but basic information about Frisk's Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Grandparents. Some of them are low-to-no-contact with the wider family, but I included them anyways. I may or may not add profiles for some of them, probably only those that end up being important to the story, and I think I'll just attach them with reblogs whenever that happens.
General History - Determan Family
Frisk’s grandfather, Everitt Determan, is the eldest of four children born to religious leaders in the small town of Ebott City. The two middle kids were girls and the youngest was a boy that left as soon as he was able; he went no contact and nobody really knows where he is or what he’s doing, generally pretending that he never existed or died when he left, if they talk about him at all. They lived on a fairly large property in a small house near the church building they taught at and retired almost in their 70s in 1994, leaving everything to Everitt as the oldest and (effectively) the only male heir. At 46 years old, Everitt (and more importantly his 38 year old wife, Linda) didn’t really want to move back to the small town, and neither were really very religious anyways, so he was convinced by his wife decided to remodel/renovate the church into something of a family retreat instead.
Over the years since, the small house was converted to a bar and two other buildings were built; one to house visiting families and tons of storage, the other a large garage with an apartment above it. It became something of a tradition for someone (usually young and single) to stay at the property to maintain it so everyone else could come and go as they pleased without hiring an actual groundskeeper, and eldest grandchild Merriweather is the current caretaker, staying rent free while taking online college courses.
Frisk had only been living with her for like three months before falling into the Underground; they spent the first five years with Aunt Alison, then almost three years with Aunt Annabelle, about a year with Uncle Oliver, and only a few months each with Uncle Jude, Aunt Charlette, Uncle Cyrus, and eventually Cousin Merriweather. Frisk was mostly fine with Aunt Alison, but didn't take the change well when he was sent to Annabelle, and it just kept getting worse from there.

Random Notes
I used a random number generator to give everyone a primary and secondary soul trait that I could base their personalities off of, just to make sure even those with the same primary trait felt unique.
Counting each primary and secondary as its own point, I ended up with a relatively even spread of colors, though somehow Cyan ended up being by far the most common at 16, followed closely by Yellow with 15, then Green at 14. Purple, Blue, and Red were all tied at 11, and Orange had the least with 10.
Only counting primary traits, Yellow had the most with 10, Cyan and Purple tied for second at 9, Green had 6 and Orange had 5, and trailing behind were Blue with 3 and Red with 2. I just thought the distribution was really interesting and thought I’d share.

Even though Linda's family disowned her for getting pregnant out of wedlock, both families had a tradition of using what we might call “old timey” names, so that’s generally what I used as a guide, though there are a few exceptions.

Determan sounds like “determine” but is also a real last name, of Germanic/Dutch origin that technically means "Son of Detmar", and is related to other real names like Dieter (Army of the People) and Dietrich (Ruler of the People).

I have everyone's sex marked here, as gender is more unique and personal. That, and other nuanced identities like sexuality, will probably only be detailed if/when they get a profile, otherwise they aren't really important enough to the story to worry about too much.

In 1974, 26 year old Everitt got 18 year old Linda Miller pregnant at a New Year’s party and they were pressured into marriage as soon as she graduated High School, so the child wouldn’t be born out of wedlock. In his defense, Everitt didn’t realize how young Linda was at the time, since it was a college party and she really shouldn’t have been there, though Everitt was also the oldest attendee, most being 20-24. She was disowned by her family and, while she started as a submissive house wife, Linda slowly manipulated her way into being the family Matriarch, and even Everitt wouldn’t dare defy her anymore.

Alison married Michael Moore and they had five kids. Michael cheated about five years ago and they divorced shortly thereafter. Michael has limited contact with his kids, as they are slowly trying to forgive him for hurting their mom, but not much contact with the rest of the family. Alison was super parentified growing up and had Frisk first and longest, but was unable to keep up with them while dealing with the divorce.

Eleanor got pregnant with Frisk at 15, the father left during the pregnancy, and Eleanor barely held it together long enough for Frisk to be born, immediately giving them up before spiraling into drugs, falling in with a bad crowd, did some crime, and was tried as an adult because she just turned 18. She is currently in prison and likely to remain there for a few more years. (10 year sentence?)

2008 - Nathaniel was born to Annabelle. Cordelia was born to Charlette. Elias was born to Cyrus. Eleanore does something and is tried as an adult since she just turned 18. She is given a 10 year sentence.
2009 - Clarabella was born to Charlette.
2010 - Isaac was born to Cyrus. Alison discovered her husband was cheating and divorced him. Frisk (5) is sent to Annabelle while Alison figures her own shit out.
2011 - Frisk (6) doesn’t take the change well and starts acting out.
2012 - Adelaide was born to Cyrus. Anabelle’s husband died and Frisk (7) is sent to Oliver.
2013 - Frisk (8) had begun really acting out and is sent to Jude.
2014 - Frisk (9) is sent to Charlette, since her kids are around Frisk’s age. This doesn’t work, and Frisk is only with Cyrus for a few months before being shoved onto oldest grandchild Merriwheather.
2015 - Present day.
