Trindle cheered, jumping in place behind the car Bailee just parked. It was early morning, maybe too early for Bailee’s liking as the sky was still dark with the stars slowly fading into the light pinkish sky. With a yawn, she stepped out and closed the car door behind her. Tiredly she made her way to her excited girlfriend, pressing the lock key before dropping it in her purse.
“I’ll be more excited with a nap and coffee.” The smaller girl yawned again. “Besides we’re way ahead of schedule. The train won’t be here for another 20 minutes.”
“I know, but I want to be the first in line to meet Nathan Explosion before the whores get to him.” Trindle whined. When Bailee was within arms reach, she grabbed her hand and helped her down the stairs, exiting the parking structure. “True but you’re with me, with media as a guest. You’ll see him before any groupies or VIP meet and greets.” She reminded, letting Trindle lead her to the Lonely waiting bench in front of the train tracks. They were the only ones around besides the concrete walls around them. Taking a train instead of driving to the venue was a smart move. Bailee gets some shut eye and doesn’t have to drive plus the train has a little cafe station. The coffee with definitely help. She was in tune with her thoughts, Bailee barely comprehended what Trindle was saying to her as they sat down. “Uh huh…” she muttered before flopping down.
“You didn’t hear what I said did you??” Trindle pouted. The smaller girlfriend groaned, feeling a bit guilty to tuning her out. Her goth girlfriend sighed. “I said, after we get to meet Nathan, we should immediately head to the Pit area. I want front row and center of my dream man.” Her voice trailed off towards the end as she swoon at the thought of Nathan. Bailee didn’t mind of her girl’s stalkerish obsession . She knew who Trindle came home to at the end of the night. And Trindle knew how to behave when she was invited to media events as a plus one. But this was the first time she invited her to one of the tour stops.
The reporter gave her a tired smile. “I mean if that’s what you want to do, that’s fine. I wouldn’t be in the pit. I rather be in the VIP section on the side of the stage. Better than being on the floor with gross smelly people.” Trindle gasped and gawked at her. “You can do that?!?!”
Bailee nodded her head. “Yeah. Media, friends and family all go there. You don’t see it but you can watch them on the side of the stage.” She saw the twinkle in her dark eyes. Bingo, standing in the pit is avoided. “Now let me know when the train’s here. Just… gonna rest my eyes a bit.” Bailee sighed while leaning her head back on the bench. Trindle pouted again. “You’re just gonna leave me to myself?”
“No… I’m just resting my eyes.” She replied, her eyes still closed. “Should be a couple more minutes before it’s here.”
“What if it’s late??”
“Then wake me up when it’s past time.”
It was Trindle’s turn to whine. She pulled out her phone, and opened BreakChat. Having the phone camera face her, she took a selfie with a peace sign and her tongue sticking out with the caption “On my way to the concert!!! Less than 2 hours till I meet my dream man! 💋 XOXO” and posted it on her fan page account. It wouldn’t be long until she got a few thousand views. After responding to a DM, Trindle looked over at her sleeping beauty. There was a slightly snore coming from her so it wasn’t just ‘resting her eyes’. Then, Trindle had a devious thought come to her mind. She leaned over Bailee, wrapping her arms around her smaller arm, holding it close to her chest. Noticing the exposed neck as Bailee rest her head back, Trindle placed a soft kiss on her lover’s neck, looking up from her position only to see it didn’t get much of a reaction from the reporter other than a soft smile. Grinning, Trindle moved up against her, her parted lips fixated on the area between the neck and shoulder. Giving a light suck before biting the sensitive skin. Bailee’s eyes squinted before groaning, her hands gently pushing Trindle away to no avail. “Trine… what are you doing?” She flushed.
“Come on, just stay awake with me a little longer!” She whined again, her lips once again placed on Bailee’s neck but this time she blew a raspberry where she just bit her. Bailee let out a laugh, squirming to get away from her devious girlfriend. “Trineeeee, st-stop!” She continued to laugh but Trindle wasn’t having it. She peppered kisses along the purplette’s face. “Nah, just stay awake until we get on the train.” Trindle muttered between kisses. Bailee sighed with a smile on her face before lifting it to meet her lips with Trindle’s who groaned into the kiss.
Bailee pulled away slight and rest her forehead against Twindle’s. “If I stay wake for a few more minutes, you’ll let me sleep on the train?” The goth nodded her head quickly. “Yes, at least a weirdo wouldn’t come randomly on a train.”
“Are you scared Is this why you want me up?” Bailee raised a brow.
“No!”
“Nervous?”
“…M-maybe…”
The reporter smiled softly at her girlfriend, leaning in for another kiss. “There’s nothing to worry about. In matter of fact-“ Just then the train zoomed by then, the wind from it gusted against them. “Looks like it’s on time.”
Trindle squealed much to Bailee’s surprise as she hopped off her lap and hurried off to the train’s door. Bailee got up and followed her, pulling out the tickets to be scanned. Trindle hopped on the train and sat down on the nearest seat to the window. As Bailee made her way, Trindle patted the seat next to her. Plopping down, Bailee sighed in relief as she leaned her head on her lover’s shoulder. The Nathan fanatic watched out the window in excitement as the train began to move.
“Look sweetie! We’re on our-“ as she turned her head, Bailee was out like a light. Her head resting comfortably on her shoulders. Trindle thought she looked so peaceful like this. Watching her sleep was one of her favorite part of waking up before her. Her eyes soften at the thought of Bailee, she’s done so much for her. One day she will repay her. Somehow. Bailee was picky to do a surprise gift for. But for now she can thank her by letting her sleep for the rest of the ride. Gently, she reached for her phone in her lap and opened BreakChat again. Holding the phone high as she can, she took a picture of the two of them. With one hand she typed “Thanks darling for everything. 💋💋💋💋💋” and posted it on her personal account.
