I love those kind of days (not) when you have a discussion with someone that blocked your work for several months, saying this is not his fault. Finding excuses like "people need to change behaviour" where their real statement is "people have to accept everything because that's the way it is".
When I pushed that some changes are against the ergonomy of the app, pushing incorrect behaviours toward it and a total rejection from the users, they reply : you have to find a way within the perimeter.
When my colleague asked why we cannot put money to unlock products to develop what people need, they answer : the politic is not to answer the people needs but to cost less.
We say, this is not our way. We are here to make products that helps people in their daily work. They laugh and say : the politic is that your job disappear.
Put the AI threat in top of that...
