The thing is when I'm angry at someone I don't act angry at all I act the same as I always do like you would not be able to tell if I hated you if I want someone to know I don't like them I rlly have to go out of my way to show it
#I don't do it intentionally just like I'm so scared of being perceived as mean or rude but also like#I hate you I want you to feel bad but also then that makes me feel guilty#idk I have a lot of ppl pleaser tendencies bcuz my parents never let me express any negative emotions growing up#which may sound good but it's not it rlly stunts ur emotional s#development and regulation
