The dining are was small so they moved to the TV area to sit on the couches.
“Oh,” Leilani noticed after everyone but Ana sat down after getting their food, “there’s only room for five.”
“That’s alright.” Ana smiled. “I’ll just sit here.” She took a seat on Lacy’s lap, the woman’s hands wrapped around her waist upon contact, her chin rested on Ana’s shoulder.
“Lacy why didn’t you get a plate?” Jon asked, and Lacy chuckled before realizing he was genuinely asking. She let her fangs poke out from her lips, attempting to get the point across without explaining it. “Oh. My bad. Are you just going to go hungry then?”
Ana turned towards him, “why would she go hungry?”
“Because she doesn’t have any blood to drink.”
Tommy started laughing into his pancake, and Ana tilted her head to the side. “She drinks my blood.”
“Uh huh.” She said before going back to her bowl of fruits.
Dex leaned over to Jon’s ear and whispered, “they’ve been hooking up for the last year.”
“And they were roommates.” Lacy quietly teased in Jon’s direction.
Ana turned to Lacy with a puzzled look on her face. “But we are roommates?”
“Yes darling, it was a reference.”
