Entry for tunafishprincess’s Dad for One Halloween Contest. Hopefully this will be post at the right time because I am, no joke, spending Halloween at an isolated cabin in the woods with no cell service to attend a wedding.

Basically Magic and Quirk exists at the same time and people who have magic are called Witches and they can have both Magic and Quirks
Izuku is quirkless but is a witch because of his mom (yes Inko is A Witch and DFO isn't a witch, he just have many quirks)
