As I'm driving I notice a reckless driver all over the place ... Both lanes and stuff ... I drive pass and noticed a smashed window on the left .... Call Grahamstown Pilice station .... This seems like a stolen vehicle ... I hope their are able to just clear things up .... But in my own opinion this guy should not be driving .... Danger to other drivers on the road ....
