Dear Madelyn:

Whyyyy do you live in Canada? I understand that they have their shit together way more than America does, but consider this: America has… wait for it… me. And movie marathons. At my house. Which you can’t attend because you’re too busy feeding moose or whatever it is Canadians do in their spare time. (I assume they have lots of free time, now that the syrup harvesting season is over.)

Don’t worry, though, I have a plan. Adri and Seamus can help us, but the first part is entirely up to you.

Step one: steal a moose from your family’s private moose stable (which all Canadians have).

Step two: ride the moose as fast as you can to the Minnesota/Canada border, where Adri, Seamus and I will be waiting in a black minivan (license plate CLL-911. Seamus will be driving).

Step three: as soon as you’re apprehended by the border patrol, i’ll leap out of the van and throw down a bag of sleeping powder at the guards’ feet, knocking them out. (If that doens’t work, Adri will knock them out with her ninja skills. And also a shovel.)

Step four: get into the van, shout some weirdly encouraging catch phrase, and prepare yourself for twelve hours of Supernatural episodes on my couch.

It’s foolproof. We ride at midnight.
