Digimon Report: Battle Stats
There are eight main stats that affect how a Digimon grows and fights.
HP: The total amount of health a Digimon has. SP: The power a Digimon draws on to use its Skills in battle. ATK: Base damage caused by Physical Skills DEF: Base defence against Physical Skills. INT: Base damage for Magic Skills. SPI: Base resistance against Magic Skills, and how much HP can be recovered from healing Skills. SPD: How fast a Digimon can move. CAM/Talent: Decides the maximum level a Digimon can reach.
Their stats can be affected by Equipment attachments, training, and Enhancement items. Certain personality types can affect how quickly these stats increase as a Digimon gains experience.
Boosts to stats received by attaching Equipment do not affect Digivolution.
"Talent" is a new way of measuring a Digimon's potential that replaced the old "CAM" stat. Hitting an enemy's weak point, Digivolving, landing the finishing blow in combat, and winning battles without taking damage all increase a Digimon's Talent and open up new possibilities for future growth.
In combat, Digimon also exhibit three additional stats. CRIT, EVA, and ACU. These represent, respectively; the chances of landing a hit on the opponent's weak spot, the Digimon's ability to dodge attacks, and the accuracy of the attacks launched by the Digimon. These can be affected by, and differ between, various Skills.
Additional
The relationship between a Digimon and a human has a measurable effect on Digimon growth as well. This is measured as a "Bond" percentage. The higher the bond, the more stats boosts the Digimon retains as it Digivolves.
