nope, my salary gets doubled now regardless of what I do because I have to work a long notice period, and in the next three months their plan is to reduce workload to a sustainable amount and address the 38383839 other problems I included in my notice

I can rescind my notice at any point if I think things will change

but, at the moment I don’t think things will change so I’ve got… 3 months to go!
