Another AU I like is Yoo Mia calling YJH “Appa” instead of Oppa since she’s [around] 18 years younger. I also think about how people could mistake her for his daughter anyway.

Kim (DILF)ja

Was anyone else ever really confused by the ORV English translations because up until now, I was under the impression that Kim Dokja was 28 and Yoo Jonghyuk was 23???? If I remember correctly, I read the translations from an old repost on Wattpad and there were a LOT of typos, incorrect grammar, and mistranslated phrases.

(A particularly memorable one was one of my favorite Yoo Sangah quotes, "Sangah will live Sangah's life", being mistranslated as "I will lead an ivory life.")

Anyways the whole age difference made sense to me because around the time the manhwa was released, there were a lot of posts calling Yoo Jonghyuk cute because he apparently has not finished his military service while Kim Dokja has, which kind of cemented the incorrect ages into my mind?

And I really, really liked the idea of Dokja being older than Jonghyuk because Kim Dokja was already basically a dad after he adopted took in Lee Gilyoung. And after the timeskip, I think we can safely say he was entering DILF territory.

Anyways, this post was fueled by my need to see a fanfic where Yoo Jonghyuk call Kim Dokja 'hyung'. I suppose this could as count as a continuation to my Sugar Daddy KDJ post.
