1 min meditation: 1. Close your eyes. 2. Take a deep breath in. Hold it for a second. 3. Now slowly, really slowly exhale. 4. Repeat 5 times. 5. Without opening your eyes, soften your face & relax your jaw. 6. Bring your attention to your third eye center, between your eyebrows, and keep breathing slowly. 7. Visualize a soft, kind place. A place that feels like home & take 3 more breaths here. 8. Now prepare to open your eyes. And as you do, look at things again. With your new eyes. The eyes that lead from your heart.
