Just finished reading this kickstarter book Dino Beasts by the Coats Brothers. @jdcoats @jacoats .What a fun read, the Coats blend the right amount of whimsy and weirdness to this world. There is definitely a sense of danger and adventure throughout and a feeling there are larger forces at work. The artwork really reminds me of Paul Popes style, which gives the characters a sort of linear vibration that keeps my eyes a little on edge and waiting for something to jump out and attack. great job on this!
