New game by Russian Developer Dinosaurum Without Memory has launched an official website earlier this morning, bringing an onrush of traffic to the upcoming Playstation 4 exclusive. The site is in Russian, but can easily be translated into any language.
Without Memory is said to follow the story of an ordinary girl named Anna. She is no different from anyone else, but one day she wakes up in the woods and doesn’t remember anything. She doesn’t know her address or information about herself as she’s left in the woods alone.
The player will have to survive in harsh conditions with difficult decisions that will each affect both the storyline and Anna’s state of mind. The conditions will be harsh, the decisions will be difficult all to get to the truth as Anna grows and develops throughout the story. She’ll learn to trust or detect lies.
Anna will be able to interact with many characters and objects throughout the game including interactive moments. Use the touch pad on the DualShock 4 to choose the answer to questions that may be asked during the course of events.
There will be a modernized system of quick time events that have never been used before. A detailed description of this will be available closer to the games release. It is promised though that the QTE events will not just be boring button presses, but will transform the gameplay into fascinating passages.
Puzzles will also come into play. Players will have to solve various logic puzzles and perform side quests that affect the main story.
Included in the site were also several pieces of concept art. These pieces are just concept art, they do not represent what will actually be featured in the game.
Without Memory will be a Playstation 4 exclusive, slated to release in Q2 of 2016.
