Just some drawings and facts of my dinotrux oc/self-insert.
Name: Nutzy. She/her. Older teen ( 18-19).
Character inspiration: 60% buck from ice age, 30% Charlie from hazbin hotel (the pilot version), and a bit of apple jack from my little pony sprinkled in.
:Is a hybrid of a Skraptool and a crescent wrenchtool. Switch-blade like tall. Super flexible and bendy. Good at taking apart things and fixing them.
:Forgetful and has a hard time focusing on what she suppose to do.
: Lives in the crater but spends most of her time in the dark forest.
:A chaotic good tool.
:Likes to observe the happenings of the crater. Would like to join but with her hybrid looks and behavior often being shamed in reptool, Skraptool, and even trux communities. decides its saver to observe from a far and then to show herself right away. When being around others shes comes off as weird and to some, crazy, but has a good heart and just has a hard time understanding the social norms.
:Likes the changes going on in the crater and watching the Flatiron's Gang work, beat the odds, and bringing the crater together is a sight for sore eyes.
:Made herself a guide for the dark forest. Nutzy may get yall lost but she'll help you get through the forest... it might not be on the path she first attended but she'll make sure you well get out save and even gives free repairs to who need it.

Ah, a fellow fan. Well to start my favorite trux. I have a hard time choosing they all are fun and good characters but if I had to rank them i would put Ton-ton, ty, dozer, skya, and garby. I relate to pretty much all of them in some way and they're a great main cast!
Favorite tool is Skrap-it. I find him a great character. You can sympathize with him but understand he often makes his own down hell. He's selfish, shortsighted, egotistical, and injoys hurting others, but he's also creative, loyal, sometimes really observant, and caring (at least to D-structs). He wants power and control but he also wants D-structs with him or at least his respect. Skrap-it them ruling together even if he gets the short end of the straw. To put it, Skrap-it's dynamic with D-structs is a complicated gray in terms of 'healthy' relationships but still a unique relationship in villain and henchmen relationships in media. (I just might make a post about all my thoughts on this).
Favorite side character? Snowblazer and goarge, but like with the main characters, it's hard to pick.
And favorite villain? The D-bros are very interesting and injoyable. They're design, they're dynamic, and many lines that still stick around in my mind! They are lacking in a few ways but I think the show did well with what they them. I do hope that that we may have more content with them and explore more of D-stroy and D-structs as characters but the fandom has been keeping me feed.
The show isn't perfect and I think the setup and execution of some things could've been better and it needed more seasons or at least episodes but i feel the world of dinotrux and its characters are worth exploring!

All of the money in the world couldn't pay the animators enough to made it a 2D show.
(3D isn't easy either and they did a great job with what they had but by the animation gods, it would've been hell for them to animate the characters designs in the quality of the their 3D counter parts.)

working on human designs for the dinotrux characters and I'm starting with the D-bros.
it's a ruff draft of it. I just need to color and tweak a thing or two before it's done.
If yall have any ideas on how to approve their human designs, I would appreciate it the imput!

:D-stroy can juggle and he's very good at it. He been doing it since he was little and he would do it mindlessly while bored or talking. he tried many times to teach D-structs to juggle too but both of them would get frustrated and quit. (also didn't help that D-structs arms are a lot smaller)
