Summer Job AU Headcanon

So we all know a spaceship crashed in Gravity Falls right???

Well I headcanon that it is an old ship that was stranded from the gem wars and that it belonged to the gem race (maybe a group of nephrites or maybe some other squad but it’s definitely old gem tech).

So the mystery twins are showing Steven some of the mysteries of Gravity Falls and they come across this ship and Steven is like ‘okay yeah it’s an old gem ship cool but it’s kinda old, Lars’ spaceship is so much cooler’ and Dipper and Mabel just go ‘w h a t.’

And then Steven just has to either go into a long winded explanation about how he’s been to space or he just kind of freaks and changes the subject because we all know he probably does not want to talk about all that trauma right now.

So this post was deleted or taken off of my page so I checked and had disappeared off of the explore as well so it’s being reuploded. :)

Ive been here for over a year and a half and the only time ive heard references to "anti's" is in reference to incest, pedophilia, and abuseive 'ships'.

Here's one nice detail why I'm happy with Gravity Falls having only two seasons

Gravity Falls is TWO seasons, just like Dipper and Mabel are TWO.

They’re not ONE thing, one single entity, a singularity. They are TWO separate individuals that are different from each other, but which cannot be separated from each other, and always go together, hand by hand.

They are not THREE or more. They are only one and another. There is no need of one more for them to work perfectly.

If some day Gravity Falls is released in a disc collection, we would only need 2 discs. Disc Mabel and Disc Dipper.

You could also think that each season corresponds to each one of the twins.

Fun fact too, there’s also only another one pair of twins with Stanley and Stanford, which actually was the first pair. TWO Mystery Twins sets.

This is why you could refer to the only two seasons of Gravity Falls as the “twin seasons”

I’m so happy we have arrived to June 15th once again. It’s been five amazing rides so far.

Gravity Falls is the best show that ever existed on TV and I’m so sad that it’s over (for now) :(

It taught me so much about friendship, family and triangles. I laughed and cried with the Pines.

The final was totally satisfying for me, nobody died, Stan got his memories back and (the most amazing thing of all) they will all meet again next summer.
