Don't ever use DiscountMugs.com

The site was recommended to me by someone who had apparently heard from someone else that they were a decent tshirt printer.  I had intended to use them to print out my Sailor Mew shirts: (preview below)

My shirts arrived almost a week late, so I was unable to sell them at Anime Boston.  But when they finally DID arrive, this is what they looked like:

I paid 321 dollars for late, misprinted, unsellable shirts.  Since they arrived I've been telling them over and over to refund my money and they've been feeding me this line about "Oh, we have to send someone to pick up the shirts if you want a refund" but I have no indication that they're actually looking into it. It's now been about a month since I originally needed these shirts, this is completely unacceptable.

P.S. If anyone has experience with an affordable and decent online tshirt printing company, please let me know.
