I am aware, by the way, that Toonami Rewind was the 1 of the 4 that recently ended within less than a year at the hands of Warner Bros. Discovery, but it was cancelled only because of the expense of licenses for rerunning anime. What about all of the other non-anime shows Toonami used to rerun, though?
And hey; if Toonami could come back 4 years after Stuart Snyder sort of cancelled the block, then anything's possible. Checkered Past may only be temporary because of Discovery Global seeming to split up from WB, and Cartoonito's most successful programming will resurface in the US on CN via linear TV by September 1, 2025... but ACME Night really got burned out, though it mostly involved already-existing shows and movies owned by WB themselves already. Comcast's xfinity may be one "cable" service affecting any access to this popular channel, but I'd say that, unless there's new content for CN to air or something that they rarely air, we should to some extent boycott Warner Bros. Discovery if not Discovery Global until Discovery Global is willing to take financial risks by putting more variety on... and CN should ditch their current theme.
BW Media Spotlight has to pre-empt CBS Transformers this week because the big discussion is Netflix To Take Over Warner Brothers: What Does The Future Hold?
