I know you don’t like drinking water, do you? But for the toilet problem, you could maybe try Miralax. It really helps, trust me. It just takes a few days to kick in though.

Thank you for the advice, but I'm really not allowed to take laxatives. They very very close to disordered habits, and I'd like to stay away from them :) My best bet really is to just drink more water no matter how much it bugs me.
