This is Disterna plumifera, a species of Flat-faced Longhorn Beetles (subfamily Lamiinae). I've encountered Longhorns in this family a few times before, but my only other post so far is this one.
The latin name plumifera means 'bearing soft, downy feathers', likely in reference to the two feathery nodules on the frontmost part of the elytra, creating a very distinctive appearance alongside the beautiful patterning of blond and brown. The diversity of Lamiinae (and Longhorns altogether) is incredible!
The eyes are fascinating also, seeming to wrap around the scape (base) of the antennae.
