how does ditare type

He has a serpentine voice, he can be considered to have a lisp but?? Not really since instead of lisping he ACTUALLY flicks his tongue out like a snake’s. (Like the doodle in the sketch ref i made). Due to how informal he is, he has no syntax. He runs out of breath often so he often lists out his words demostrating small pauses 

By such, he repeats his ‘’s’’ twice and runs his ‘’h’’ (between a lisp and hissing), types in lowercase with no syntax and makes lists, his typing would be
