That's Athy, a lust variant made by my friend @jellyswissroll-art . He's cool, has a pretty interesting backstory too :P You should go send Jelly asks about him if you're interested. She LOVES answering them.

(The art included isn't ship art btw. I just like drawing them bein' pals.)

As for the og? I've never read it and haven't seen anything from the creator that I'm aware of. I think some fandom interpretations I've seen floating around are pretty interesting, but he's just never one who's caught my attention.

And for ships with him, I don't have any. Though there was a funny comic I saw with him and Horror once, lol.
