The corners of his lips quirked up in what could be considered a smile, and he shook his head at the other's embarrassed response. "That's quite alright. It't not every day I get compliments like that."

"Neither do I." He fidgeted with his hands nervously as the conversation was a bit awkward.
Dylan's brow arched as his gaze dropped down to the other's hands, watching them fidget nervously with each other. The corners of his lips quirked up in a somewhat smile before his eyes flickered back to the seemingly younger male. Here was another person that Dylan made nervous, and it almost made him hate himself a little bit more. "Are you alright?" he couldn't help asking, wondering just what it was that made him so stand offish.
"And I deserve you, and I deserve you so, ."
"On the contrary, I don’t believe the issue lies with whether or not you deserve me, but rather whether or not I deserve you." His dark gaze dove straight into hers, only darkening with each passing second. "Think carefully about your words. I do not take them lightly."
"I can show you the most engulfing warmth, that you can feel deep within your heart, and the beam of hope inside of you to be. Because I need you like I need the my lungs to breathe."
His eyes shifted from the papers in his hands over to her, his brow raising in curiosity at the sound of her words. He leaned over, touching her face gently with his fingertips before he settled back to his original position. “You’re too kind to me, but you should show that kindness to someone who actually deserves it.”

"I’m doing alright how do you do?" He was studying the older male as well but he seemed harmless.
"As far as Mondays go, I don't have many complaints about mine," he nodded towards the other in recognition of their conversation. Dylan was never good at small talk, and this situation was no different.
