SHE’S TRYING TO balance on a wall. to make it easier for her, she has both arms stretched out to either side but she’s still wavering. just once she wants to get from one end to the other without falling off. but once again she slips and ends up on the ground with a heavy sigh leaving her lips. an idea then popped up ! jami waved for the older, blonde girl.

She nods along with the explanation, and then interrupts blatantly: “Yeah, uh-huh. I hear what yer arguin’, little lady, but I want ya t’ consider this real quickly.” After a short, very serious pause, Kee puts her hands flat on the table and announces, “I really like money.”

“They retreat.” He watches as they leave, a search party half-dozen strong in number. He didn’t recognise their species, but could tell at a glance that it would be best to avoid attracting their attention-- a fact helped by the weaponry they carried in their arms.
“We are safe. For the moment.”
